Training & Mediation for organisations

Practical skills for effective teams & conversations

We support organisations to handle conflict early, fairly, and constructively — and to build the skills and systems that prevent issues escalating. Our training is highly practical, tailored to your context, and grounded in mediation and collaborative problem-solving.

Museums & people Stories

Heritage work rooted in lived experience 

We help museums and heritage organisations work with communities. Together we co-produced cultural visits, exhibitions, and programmes that are inclusive, trauma-informed and relevant to people’s everyday lives.

Includes:

  • Cultural visits and community-led exhibition
  • Community consultation and programme design
  • Training on dialogue, inclusion, and sensitive narratives

Learning Hub

Practical tools to improve communication and conversations

We share accessible resources that help people navigate everyday challenges with greater confidence and clarity. From co-produced guides to practical learning materials, we support individuals and families to build the skills they need for everyday life in Scotland.
