Thanks for the session the other day. It really created a great impact. Specifically helpful and useful were the things you said about what We can control and what we cannot. I often beat myself too much about why I am not being able to make a difference. But now understanding that certain things are out of my control makes me feel at peace and allows me to divert my attention to things I can control.
During the workshop, Hanna emphasised how to differentiate between the things that matter and those which don't. I believe this point doesn't only apply in the business world but also our personal lives. I have learnt a lot from her workshop and highly recommend it. Thank you so much, Hanna!

I attended a ‘Conflict Management in the Workplace’ Workshop, organized by the talented Hanna Dushkova and Vitalii Diakov. They led an exciting session that involved Chloe Nash and I from our Service Design background along with other representatives from a range of organisations and industries. They created a truly unique and safe environment that generated thought-provoking discussions, practical exercises, and honest reflection.

The support and encouragement from our trainers ignited a shift in my mindset, inspiring self-determination and a newfound confidence that has broadened my vision for the future and expanded my network.
The training was a mixture of valuable theory and practical exercises at the training. It created a trustful environment during learning sessions. The training helped me raise my awareness and motivation to be more proactive, which helped me integrate and socialize fast. I liked communicating with my peers, exchange of the information and our experiences with other participants.

Thank you Hanna Dushkova and Vitalii Diakov for coming into Grove Academy today to deliver an amazing work inspiration activity! This was a great opportunity for the young people of Grove Academy to discover what Ukrainians Together is all about and to learn about all the various languages/cultures you can come across in your future workplace.
An uplifting Scottish Refugee Council staff and volunteers conference 2023, where we launched our strategy for the next 5 years. What made the day even better was that it was facilitated by the fantastic Diakov Vitalii and Hanna, who arrived in Scotland last year fleeing conflict in Ukraine.
I gained practical experience through discussion and debate. We were able to work in groups. During the learning process, we expressed ourselves freely and openly, which contributed to motivation.
After communicating and staying together for a while, relief came, peace was felt, joy, confidence, and gratitude to all who were at the project and to the organisers and participants appeared.
